Sometimes you just need that extra accountablility, that extra support, that extra push to reach your health and fitness goals. You can do the same workout each week, try this diet, try that diet but getting the no results and same result. Sounds like you need a change. Not in you diet, but in your lifestlye.

To reach your goal is amazing and YES, sometimes we reach it, which is awesome! However, often times we burn out on the same workout and foods, binge and we regress. Frustrated with everything we start at square one again. It doesn’t have to be that way. You don’t have to completely restrict your self from “bad” foods, but you do need to eat lots of fruits, veggies, grains, and lentils. Ugh where do I begin…

Well, coming to JU Fitness Loft soon, a 6 week program that will teach healthy eating habits for life, workouts at JU and at home. Support from Jessi during the entire 6 week program, andvwith group support along the way. During the 6 week program we will meet on Sunday’s at JU, YES in person sessions. We will continue this journey together to gain a happier, healthier and fit life.
