  1. Station 1-10 pushups run to next
  2. Station 2-40 bicycles frog jumps to next
  3. Station 3-10 double downs walking lunges to next
  4. Station 4-25 sit-ups repeat 25 sit-up walking lunges to 3 and so on
  5. Sprint to 1 and back to start
  6. Sprint to 2 and back-1 and back
  7. Sprint to 3 and back-2 and back-1 and back
  8. Sprint to 4 and back-3 and back-2 and back-1 and back
  9. Repeat starting with 4 and work your way down.
  10. Repeat the entire workout 3 more times!
