It’s quick so repeat at least 4 times! 4 cones, I used sandbox buckets. Setup up 4 each 20 feet apart.
- Station 1-10 pushups run to next
- Station 2-40 bicycles frog jumps to next
- Station 3-10 double downs walking lunges to next
- Station 4-25 sit-ups repeat 25 sit-up walking lunges to 3 and so on
- Sprint to 1 and back to start
- Sprint to 2 and back-1 and back
- Sprint to 3 and back-2 and back-1 and back
- Sprint to 4 and back-3 and back-2 and back-1 and back
- Repeat starting with 4 and work your way down.
- Repeat the entire workout 3 more times!
