Just because you workout does not mean you can eat and drink whatever you want. This is a misconception by many. You still need to “eat clean.” You do not have to go crazy trying to eat clean, just take it step by step. Eliminate processed foods slowly and eliminate pop! Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take time to prepare your meal and make enough for leftovers. Slow down when you eat and portion control, try switching to a smaller plate.
