Welcome to mini workouts, I will apologize in advance I didn’t have time to edit these videos, and I did them back to back so I’m breathing a little heavy by the last one. Take a 10 second break in between each exercise and feel free to do as many rounds as you want. If you plan on doing one round, do it on your lunch break, that’s why they are called mini workouts, no equipment needed. Make sure you do a light warm-up and stretch out when you are done. ENJOY!
