Welcome to Week 5, this week we are taking it back to week 2. Use week 2 to check your progress. Use heavier weights for each set and push yourself even harder and shorter breaks between sets and circuits. Plus, you get to revisit Evelyn’s awesome style! I know its getting tuff to get your workouts in as we get closer to Christmas, believe me I’m right there with you with this holiday season! Continue to make the time for your self. Each workout takes 45 minutes to a hour. Since this is a review week workouts should go a little faster! Mini workouts will be up in the next few days. Remember to just keep moving!
