Running programs vary in price; minimum 8 weeks required for any program with pricing starting at $40.00. Additional cost will be discussed based on training program.
Couch to 5K
Get off the couch and onto the road with my Couch-to-5K beginner programs. Jessi will outline a beginners program to gradually ease you into running. The regiment will start you off with less running and more walking and jogging to get you moving. The idea is to gradually transform you from a couch potato into a runner in 8 weeks.
Train for 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon
You’ve conquered the 5K and now you’re thirsty for more. Not sure where to start or how to train, of you have the will Jessi has the way. If you’re training for a 10K or a full marathon, Jessi will fit the running program to your level of experience.
How to PR
Now you want to get faster and reach your PR (personal record) at any level. With this running program speed workouts, hill workouts, and fartleks will be incorporated into your running schedule. This program is for the more experienced and dedicated runners.
