Ingredients

 12 8 oz mason jars
 5 cups old fashion oats
 4 cups dairy-free milk (almond or oat milk)
 2 cups dairy-free yogurt (almond or oat milk)
 5 tbsp chia seeds
 3 tbsp cincinamon
 3 tbsp ginger (optional)
 3 tbsp turmeric (optional)
 4 tbsp local raw honey
 ¼ cup raw natural peanut butter (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

Line up the 8 oz jars and fill 3/4 of the way full. Any leftover mixture add to rest of jars evenly.

Place lids on top and seal jars. Once sealed place in the refrigerator for 12 hours before consuming.

Eat oats cold or warm, if to thick add additional non-dairy milk to desired texture. Add fruit and enjoy! Overnight oats will stay good in jars for 20 days.
