Ingredients

  cup quality tahini
 4 tbsp cold water
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp cummun
 ¾ tsp sea salt
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 3 tbsp lemon juice or 1 juiced lemon
 2 cups chickpeas or (15 oz can of chickpeas) personally I use raw chickpeas and cook them
 optional toppings after mixed: extra drizzle of olive oil, chopped parsley, paprika, pine nuts, chopped jalapeno

Directions

Combine ingredients in order to a food processor. Turn on and blend until smooth. You can add additional water to your preference of texture. Refrigerate and enjoy!
