Ingredients

 5 cups old fashioned whole oats
  cup olive oil
 ½ cup raw local honey
 ½ cup raw local maple syrup
 1 cup sliced raw almonds
 1 cup raw walnut halves
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp ginger
 1 tsp turmeric
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp raw coco powder (optional)
 ½ cup pumpkin seeds (optional)
 ½ cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Set aside. (I personally use 2 sheets to bake all at the same time)

In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients stir until well blended

Add olive oil, honey, and syrup. Stir until well blended.

Spread mixture out onto baking sheet. Total cook time will be 30 minutes. After 15 minute of baking stir granola thoroughly. Bake rest of time. Remove granola immediately from baking pans and let cool in a large mixing bowl (glass or medal) stir occasionally.

Once granola is cool store in air tight container and enjoy. Will store up to 2 weeks.

My favorite breakfast or snack is with fruit and dairy free yogurt.
