Jessi’s philosophy comes from a lifetime of fitness, and an approach that supports women and men of all ages to achieve their fitness goals. Her focus is on you and keeps your energy up and makes each session fun, fast, unintimidating, and unique. Jessi stays involved in every session and workouts with you to keep you motivated.


Health and fitness has always been part of Jessi’s life. Jessi was a competitive gymnast for 15 years, and collegiate athlete in basketball, & track and field. She currently trains for full marathons. She is a certified personal trainer through International Sports and Science Association, certified yoga instructor through CorePower Yoga, Red Cross CPR certified. Jessi also has certification in TRX and Barre. She has an incredible diverse background in sports and fitness and brings her experience to her sessions to keep it fun and interesting. She also holds the title of Mom for her daughter and son, who you may see at classes on occasion!
